The Seven Italy Ade – Anthracite wood-fired oven is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a practical and high-quality product, ideal for wood-fired cooking of pizzas, bread, roasts, desserts, and much more.
It is easy to use and heats up quickly in just 15–20 minutes using small pieces of wood. Thanks to its stainless steel dome, the oven is ready to cook in no time, maintaining heat efficiently while reducing wood consumption.
The thick stainless steel structure, the single-piece dome, and the double-body combustion chamber ensure long-lasting performance and durability without inconvenience.
The cooking chamber is spacious, offering an internal size of 80×80 cm and a height of 34 cm. The cooking floor is made of high-quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. Its generous dimensions make it suitable for any outdoor setting and large enough to prepare all kinds of dishes with ease.
The thermal insulation is made of natural rock wool, which helps retain heat more effectively and prevents the outer structure from overheating. The oven comes equipped with a wood holder plate, a coal rake tool, a chimney with cap, and a fire door for complete functionality.
