The heavy-duty Seven Italy GH 10 spiral mixer is suitable for the preparation of small quantities of dough without renouncing to either professionalism or performance.
Despite the dimension, it combines a big power with efficiency, low consumptions and a low noise. This spiral mixer with fixed head is designed for small doughs prepared by pizzerias, bakeries but also for families.
The special shape of the spiral enables to obtain a perfectly mixed dough.
The transmission and the chain with geared motor in oil bath require very low maintainance and ensure minimum noise.
